Richard J. Corline, 62, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director - Corline is President of Titan Capital, Inc. and has served in this capacity since its inception in 1994. Corline specializes in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, business/corporate development and international business. Corline has successfully directed and implemented several company reorganizations, refinancing programs, company turnarounds plus company acquisitions and divesture programs in the United States, Canada, Europe and the UK. Corline has facilitated in the raising of over $25 million in both domestic and European financial communities for a number of public, private and start up ventures. He has identified and established joint venture transatlantic manufacturing, marketing and licensing programs. Corline’s corporate background, prior to forming Titan Capital, includes over 20 years of management experience as a major shareholder with a number of international companies in the medical, electronics and aerospace industries. Patrick R. Thomas, Director and Treasurer. Mr. Thomas’ career has primarily focused on finance and accounting with a specialty in tax related issues. Thomas is a Certified Sales & Use Tax Auditor and has provided his services to numerous major corporations in this arena over the last ten years. In addition, Mr. Thomas, acting as a consultant, has assisted several public corporations in assuring proper compliance with NASDAQ and other public market related issues. Mr. Thomas has also participated in the corporate restructuring of large businesses and assisted in their tax planning and the related accounting reporting. In work for several companies Thomas also assisted in fund-raising and marketing. Mr Thomas holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
